Ray Kanaratsu was in the town militia in a small village along the Masonite/Stroven border. This town was constantly under attack by pagan Strovenite bandits, deserters from the Holy War. When the bandits gained a new leader, a Sylvanian dischargee named Rokoju, and said leader decimated his village, Ray joined the Masonite army. He is currently assigned to Torin Heath's unit.
